It is a very important problem please help and give nice advice?

So, i have a friend We love each other. In February, one accident happened to him, his hands get burned by fire which spread on his room due to candle which fall on his bed sheet while he was sleeping because there is a problem of electricity in Pakistan. we had a quarrel before that accident he told me in sms but i didnt reply but after a day i asked about the accident from that day he started ignoring me i tried to cope with it but to no avail. i apologized also. now i am totally fed up cry sometimes because of him i told him that u hurt me but he didnt reply we had a quarrel last night now tell me what to do
