I need help in this one like really bad so plzz help?

OK Friday I'm a month lat for my pd and i took two test and the were - but i remember wen my friend was it took a blood test to say that she was Prent. all of the other test said - to but all woman are not the some so am i or no. and like i have this lil pain i get like ever other day so i really don't know can yous help
