A dad that goes to court and asks for stuff then does not comply?

It sounds fairly easy........your sons father is a dead beat! I have an ex husband the exact same.....the reason they ask for more is to one; pay less in child support and two; purely inconvenience you. I like the phone idea- you may want to keep a notebook, like a spiral 3 ring and write all communication in there....also, keep going to FCS (family court services) and go to mediation. Keep a calendar and mark every time he shows up, calls or does not....it will help. You may request co-parenting counseling....this is where you two can sit with a family therapist and talk about what things are best for your child....I wish you the best of luck!
