Can someone give me a recap of the House season finale please?

House and Cuddy have an on and off fight through the episode, only to find out that all of the end of last episode was fake. He did not go under detox, and did not have with Cuddy. Hallucinations come back and he sees Amber and Cutner. Hope this helps. He also ends up going to a Psychiatric facility. I probably spelled the name wrong, but it should make sense.
