Are my pokemon at a good level for E4 in SS/HG?

I think Misdreavus will do better at the Elite Four even though Dratini is stronger because Misdreavus is super effective against the first Elite Four which is Psychic, and dark type pokemon are hard to come by at this point of the game. When you are done with the Elite Four, scrap Misdreavus because Dratini will have better use from that point on.
