I need to stop worrying?
i know what you feel like! i used to worry too much whenever my friends would fall out. i used to feel sick in my stomach and i'd think about it all night. the only way to make it go away is to make up with your friend... talk to them, say im really worried about what you said and it really upset me. then sort it all out. trust me you will better once its all been discussed and the issue can be put to the side. i used to be really ocd with organisation and my life but once i got older i just became more laid back and relaxed really... i cant really explain how but i just kind of grew out of ocd, if that makes sense. good luck with your friend though and enjoy your holiday!
