What are the bonuses for army/marines if I join having a full college education?

I'm halfway there, I'm going to get a bachelors in Environmental Biology and a masters in Education. I'd like to join either the army or the marines, but I'll admit that my true dream is to become a Drill Instructor. I was once an Exercise Science major, and I'm captain of Syracuse University's wrestling club. Any help would be awesome (i.e. financial, rankwise, istance towards dream)
