Is resale of store brands or private label legal?

We have an IGA affiliated grocery store in our town. They apparently resale store brand and private label brands from stores like Wal-Mart (great Value), Kroger (Private Selection), Aldi (various brands), and a few other stores. Is their resale of items ociated with specific other stores legal?
