Can law enforcement take books, address books, pictures, letters, etc?? I feel like I'm in prison still! HELP
I live in Indiana and am currently on house w/ no 4th amendment rights/ However, I did not think that they could take some of things they took for no apparent reason. I have had no violations, am going to school full time and working full time. I know in prison they can "censor" my mail and take books they don't approve of, but can they out here?? They took pictures out of my photo album of some of my buddies (they had tattoos is the reason), a book "The Invincible" by Guido Von List, my address book, letters from friends in prison, a business card for a tattoo shop one of my friends works at, etc. This is a joke and begs the question-why even try?? Am i ever really free??? We live in a police state and it is sickening!
