Ear!!!! sumthin in it!..peroxide method! help?

well i wanna try puttin peroxide in it cuz like everything sounds all cloudy today so i think i mighta got water in it yesterday but idk how u do the peroxide thing..soo if sum1 could tell me how ur suppose to do the whole peroxide thing
